Nearly every page on powerandlove.com falls somewhere in a large (upside-down) tree structure. You can see the structure of the whole tree at the bottom of every page.

seeing where you are

There are two ways to find out where in the tree you are at the moment

• using the breadcrumb trail
  • near the top of the right column on every page is a line that looks like "top :: sexuality :: contemporary western culture :: modern sexual relationships"
  • this tells you where you are in the tree
    • in the example, you're on the "modern sexual relationships" branch of the "contemporary western culture" branch of the "sexuality" branch of the tree

• using the tree at the bottom of every page
  • each branch and leaf - other than the current branch or leaf - in the tree contains a link
  • the name of the current branch/leaf is not highlighted (contains no link)
