Notes: By deed dated 15 Aug 1763 John Bailey, "Baker" and wife, Hannah, of Rowley, sold to his father, David Bailey, "trader" of Rowley, "one half of a new house (being but in part finished) which stands upon land of the said David, near his now dwellilng in Rowley". They moved to Manchester, where he enlisted in the Army of the Revolution, and died on his way home of small pox. His widow Hannah, with the children , then moved to the home of her father in Ipswich Village, and died there 21 Mar 1807, aged 64 years.
