Notes: Richard North was born in England and the family came to America in 1639. His first wife, name not known, died when their youngest child, Sarah, was quite young. He then married Ursala.

Among his children by his first wife was Susannah (North) Martin who was convicted of witchcraft and exceuted in Salem, Mass on 19 May 1692 along with four other women. Susannah was born in England in1625, she married George Martin in Aug 1646 at the age of 21.
