what this is not

This is not a piano method. You do not need to know how to play piano (or any keyboard) to use this method. Nor do you need to know how to read music.

If you are looking for a comprehensive course in theory and harmony this is not for you. This introduction is designed to introduce music harmony to people who have always thought harmony was hard to learn. It tries to avoid the terms - like "sub-dominant" - and concepts - like the concept of tonality - that discourage most people.
